Fashion industry heavyweights including Maggie Rizer, PPR chairman François-Henri Pinault and Barneys Fashion Director Julie Gilhart have banded together for "A Bid to Save the Earth", a green auction at Christie's to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Earth Day.
